Farm to Fork is a 4 Chapter documentary taking the viewer through the journey of grass-fed beef reared on Gilligan’s Family Farm located in County Roscommon, through the processing of the meat and the journey to get the finished product onto the shelves of consumers in Ireland and abroad.
